Strategic Coaching Session

One or two things are standing between you and your next move.

Not a wide-ranging chat. A focused 60-minute session on exactly what’s stuck — with the research already done before we sit down.

$350 USD

60 Minutes

1-2 core issues

No retainer required

Bring the one or two things that are actually blocking your next move. I’ll research before we meet, then we work through them properly — no warm-up, no wasted time.

How it Works

1

You bring 1-2 questions

The specific things blocking your next move — pricing, positioning, what to focus on next.

2

I research before we meet

No warm-up time spent explaining your situation — I arrive already having looked into it.

3

We work through it, in writing

A focused 60-minute session, plus follow-up notes so nothing gets lost after the call ends.

Who a Strategic Coaching Session Is For

Most speakers land in one of three kinds of stuck:

  • You don’t know what to do next
  • You don’t know where to start, or
  • You know exactly what to do and can’t bring yourself to do it.

That applies early in a speaking career just as much as further along — what matters is having something to work from, not how long you’ve been at it.

It’s not the right fit if you don’t have anything built yet — no site, no material, nothing public yet — or if what you want is ongoing, month-to-month support rather than one focused session. Book an Introduction is the better first step in either case.

Strategic Coaching Session FAQ

What if I have more than 1-2 questions?

Bring your top 1-2 — scope is deliberately tight so we go deep instead of skimming the surface. If more comes up during the session, we’ll note it for a follow-up conversation rather than rush it.

How do you research before we meet?

I look at what’s public — your site, your bureau listings, how you’re showing up in AI search — before the call, so we’re not spending session time on background. You show up with the problem; I show up with context.

What happens after the session?

You get written follow-up notes so nothing gets lost once the call ends — not just a recording, an actual record of what we decided.

Is this only for keynote speakers?

It’s built for speakers specifically — pricing, positioning, and the decisions that come with building a speaking business. If that’s not your situation, this probably isn’t the right session.
